Graduated pricing: each tier’s rate applies only to users that fall within that tier’s range. As your team grows into higher tiers, the marginal cost per user drops significantly.
What is not included. Data migration, integration with your existing systems, configuration and custom development, training, and ongoing services are quoted separately against your scope, because what one organization needs is rarely what the next one needs. The price that applies is the one in your written quote or order.

PSA is active today for ArcSuite — an eligible agency’s contracting officer can order directly, no new competition required. ArcSuite is also on contract with the State of Montana, and other public buyers can use that contract through cooperative purchasing. GSA Schedule 47QRAA18D003H lists ArcSuite software under SIN 511210 and A-Frame consulting services under SIN 541611, so federal agencies can order either. State, local, and education agencies can buy ArcSuite now through PSA Cooperative 25-203-AFR or the State of Montana Master AI contract SPB26-0608GW-AFSL. The FedRAMP Marketplace is a directory rather than an ordering vehicle — you can verify our authorization status there, but orders are placed against the Schedule or the cooperative.

ArcSuite AI runs in AWS GovCloud (US), which holds its own FedRAMP authorization as an infrastructure service, and inherits that environment’s controls. ArcSuite AI is itself listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace with an Agency Authorization In Process designation (package FR2531142081) — it is not FedRAMP Authorized at this time. If your agency requires an authorized service today, talk to us before you buy.
