A-Frame Solutions Awarded State of Montana Contract to Provide ArcSuite AI to State Agencies
Award Under Montana's Master AI Products and Services Program Opens the Same Prices and Terms to Other Public Buyers Through Cooperative Purchasing
WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 28, 2026 – A-Frame Solutions LLC, a provider of AI-powered software for government agencies, today announced it has been awarded a contract by the State of Montana Department of Administration, State Procurement Services Division, to provide ArcSuite AI to Montana state government.
The contract (SPB26-0608GW-AFSL) was awarded under Montana's Master AI Products and Services solicitation (RFP SPB-RFP-2026-0608GW), a multiple-award program the State established to make artificial intelligence software available across a broad array of state government operations, agencies, and workforce functions. A-Frame Solutions was selected in Track 2, which covers lightweight, SaaS, and standalone AI tools. The initial term runs through June 30, 2028, with renewal options.
What the Award Means for Montana Agencies
Montana state agencies can now order ArcSuite AI directly from the contract. ArcSuite AI is an AI-powered operations platform built for government work: tracking contracts and workflows, drafting documents grounded in an agency's own policies, and running evaluations and group decisions with a complete audit trail. The platform includes four integrated modules:
- ArcTracker: Contract, project, and workflow tracking with automated milestone alerts
- ArcInsight: AI document drafting and policy guidance grounded in the agency's own document library
- ArcSelect: Proposal evaluation and group decision-making with a permanent, auditable record
- ArcProcure: AI-assisted solicitation drafting through vendor Q&A, evaluation, and award
Available to Other Public Buyers Through Cooperative Purchasing
The contract includes a cooperative purchasing clause. Under Montana law (18-4-401, MCA), public procurement units may buy from the contract at its prices, terms, and conditions. That includes:
- Montana public entities: cities, counties, school districts, universities, and other local public procurement units in Montana
- Public entities in other states: state and local public procurement units outside Montana
- Federal and tribal buyers: agencies of the United States and tribal procurement units
Each buyer should confirm that its own procurement rules allow it to use another state's contract. A-Frame Solutions can provide a copy of the contract and help with the paperwork.
Security and Data Protection
The Montana contract requires contractors to protect State data to FIPS 199 Moderate standards and to keep it inside the United States. ArcSuite AI is hosted on AWS GovCloud (US) with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 moderate-impact controls, and is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace as Agency Authorization In Process. The State keeps ownership of its data, and State data is never used to train AI models.
All-Inclusive, Per-Seat Pricing
ArcSuite AI is offered to Montana under a single annual per-seat subscription. There are no platform fees, token charges, or API metering, so agencies can budget for a fixed annual cost. Hosting, AI processing, standard training, support, and updates are included in the seat price. Deployments can start with a five-seat pilot, and the per-seat price drops automatically as an agency adds users.
