Frequently asked questions

What is ArcSuite AI?

ArcSuite AI is the AI-powered, no-code operations platform for government. It brings four integrated modules — ArcTracker (contract tracking), ArcSelect (source selection), ArcProcure (e-procurement), and ArcInsight (document Q&A) — into one secure platform.

Do I have to buy all four modules?

No. Use one module or all four. They work together but each stands on its own.

Is ArcSuite really no-code?

Yes. Teams configure and run their workflows without writing code or involving developers or a long IT project.

Who is ArcSuite built for?

Federal, state, local, and education agencies. It was built by former federal Contracting Officers and is available on GSA Schedule and FedRAMP.

Are any ArcSuite tools free?

Yes. ArcScout (opportunity finder), ArcPrice (price builder), and ArcClause (clause matrix) are all free to use with no account required.

What is ArcCompose?

ArcCompose is the controlled-document module of ArcSuite AI. It is not only an AI document editor: a document built in ArcCompose is a smart record that tracks data. You design a controlled master once, with form fields and embedded spreadsheets whose cells can be locked or fillable. Each completed document becomes a finalized, version-locked record, and every record compiles into a single scored summary on demand.

How does ArcCompose handle acceptance criteria?

Acceptance criteria live inside the document as a spreadsheet with locked specification cells and fillable result cells. The person executing the document can enter results but cannot alter the criteria, so every record is scored against the same standard.

Can ArcCompose records be used for equipment IQ/OQ qualification?

Yes. A controlled IQ/OQ master protocol is designed once, then executed per unit. Each executed protocol becomes a finalized qualification record with a stamped, locked version, and the qualification records compile into a summary showing the pass rate across accuracy checks and any unit flagged for a deviation.

How are ArcCompose records made audit ready?

Each version of a record is stamped and locked at finalization, so the exact content that was reviewed and approved is the content preserved. Records are held in ArcTracker, the workflow backbone of ArcSuite AI, which carries the relationships and audit trail across the whole portfolio.

What is an IQ/OQ qualification record?

Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification document that a piece of equipment was installed as specified and operates within its specified range. In ArcCompose, the protocol is a controlled master document: specification cells are locked, result cells are fillable, and each executed protocol becomes a finalized record for that unit.

How are acceptance criteria kept from being altered during execution?

The criteria live inside the protocol as a spreadsheet with locked specification cells. The person executing the protocol can enter results but cannot change the specification, so every unit is measured against the same standard.

How are qualification records made audit ready?

Each version is stamped and locked at finalization, so the exact content that was reviewed and approved is the content preserved. The records are held in ArcTracker, which carries the relationships and audit trail across every unit and protocol.

Can qualification records be summarized across many units?

Yes. Every executed protocol compiles into a single summary on demand, showing the pass rate across accuracy checks, the tightest tolerance measured, and any unit flagged for a deviation.
