ArcCompose Turns a Document Into a Record That Tracks Itself

WASHINGTON, D.C. – August 2026 – A-Frame Solutions has released a significant update to ArcCompose, the controlled-document module of the ArcSuite AI platform. ArcCompose is no longer only an AI document editor. A document built in it is a structured record: the form fields and the spreadsheet cells inside it carry data, each completed document is version-locked at finalization, and every completed record rolls up into a single scored summary on demand.

The change matters most for the documents an organization executes over and over against the same standard. A quality assurance surveillance record filled out every month for every vendor. An equipment qualification protocol executed once per unit. Work like that has historically lived in a word processor, a spreadsheet, and a folder structure that only makes sense to the person who built it, which means the criteria drift, the results are re-keyed, and nobody can produce the aggregate without rebuilding it by hand.

How it works

• One controlled master. The document is designed once, with the form fields the process requires. It becomes the single approved starting point rather than a template someone copies and quietly edits.
• Criteria that cannot move. Acceptance criteria live inside the document as a spreadsheet with locked and fillable cells. The person executing it records results and cannot change the standard they are being measured against.
• A finalized record per execution. Every completed document becomes its own record, stamped and version-locked, so the content that was reviewed and approved is the content preserved.
• One-click rollup. Every record compiles into a single summary on demand, with AI reading the compiled scores and surfacing what matters rather than restating the table.

Neither summary is a new document to maintain. It is a read of the records that already exist, produced on demand from the same source the records were executed against.

Why it generalizes

The two walkthroughs deliberately sit in different industries. A contracting officer running quality assurance surveillance and a validation engineer qualifying a piece of equipment are not solving the same problem, but they are executing the same shape of work: a controlled document, a defined standard, a record per execution, and an aggregate somebody eventually has to defend.
