ArcSuite AI Added to A-Frame Solutions’ GSA Multiple Award Schedule
Federal agencies can now order ArcSuite AI software licenses directly from GSA Schedule 47QRAA18D003H under SIN 511210
WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 30, 2026 – A-Frame Solutions LLC today announced that the U.S. General Services Administration has added ArcSuite AI software licenses to A-Frame’s Multiple Award Schedule contract, 47QRAA18D003H, under SIN 511210, Software Licenses.
A-Frame has held the Schedule since 2018 for acquisition and program management consulting under SIN 541611. With this modification, federal contracting officers can order the ArcSuite AI platform itself from the same contract, using the ordering procedures in FAR Subpart 8.4, rather than running a separate procurement for the software.
What is on the Schedule
ArcSuite AI is an AI-powered operations platform for government acquisition, built by former federal Contracting Officers. The Schedule offers it as a full bundle or one module at a time:
- ArcSuite Bundle: ArcTracker, ArcInsight and ArcSelect together on one per-user license
- ArcTracker: no-code workflow and records management, from intake to closeout, on one auditable record
- ArcInsight: AI grounded in the agency’s own policies and documents, with dashboards and plain-language questions over its data
- ArcSelect: structured, multi-evaluator source selection and decision management
- ArcProcure: procurement planning, solicitation management, contract administration and compliance tracking
Every product is hosted in AWS GovCloud and sold as an annual subscription. The bundle and individual modules are priced per named user, with the rate falling across four tiers as an agency adds users. ArcProcure is an annual flat fee set by the agency’s procurement budget.
“We built ArcSuite for the contracting officers we used to be. Putting it on the GSA Schedule means those same COs can buy it the way they buy almost everything else, on a vehicle they already know.”
— David Zhang, CEO, A-Frame SolutionsOne contract for the software and the people who configure it
Because the software and A-Frame’s consulting services now sit on the same Schedule, an agency can order the licenses together with configuration, integration and training support under one contract number. ArcSuite AI’s standard onboarding, hosting, maintenance and support are included in the license price.
“A Schedule order is the shortest path most federal buyers have. Contracting officers can order ArcSuite the way they already buy, and we will help any CO scope the order and confirm the right tier.”
— Jason Zick, Chief Business Officer, A-Frame SolutionsSecurity posture
ArcSuite AI operates under an Authority to Operate issued by the Department of the Treasury, and is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace as Agency Authorization In Process, pursuing FedRAMP Moderate. Agency data stays in AWS GovCloud in the United States, and customer data is not used to train AI models.
Other ways to buy
State, local and education buyers can purchase ArcSuite AI through the Purchasing Solutions Alliance cooperative contract, 25-203-AFR, and through the State of Montana Master AI Products and Services contract, SPB26-0608GW-AFSL.
