A contract clause under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, placed in Uniform Contract Format Section G (Contract administration data).
The RFO restructuring moves the fast payment procedure to 52.232-9X (see Table 12-3 of RFO 12.205); 52.213-1 is not prescribed by the RFO Part 13 model deviation text.
52.213-1 is still in force at any agency that has not adopted the deviation, prescribed as described below.
